1. Eligibility for Refunds

a) Before Work Begins – 100% Refund

  • Clients may request a cancellation before project work has officially started.
  • A full refund will be processed if no design, development, or strategic work has begun.
  • Requests must be made in writing via email to admin@harshdesigns.com.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

b) After Work Has Started – Partial or No Refund

  • Once we have begun work (research, design drafts, code development, or campaign setup), refunds are not guaranteed.
  • In exceptional cases, we may consider a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and resources already invested.
  • Any approved refund will exclude costs for third-party tools, licenses, hosting, or ad spend purchased on behalf of the client.

c) Near Completion or After Delivery – No Refund

  • Once the project is in the final delivery stage or has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
  • Instead, we offer revisions or modifications within the agreed-upon scope of work to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain, hosting, and third-party subscriptions purchased for your project.
  • Paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) once campaigns are live.
  • Services already consumed, such as delivered designs, campaigns run, or content published.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at admin@harshdesigns.com with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Project ID or invoice number
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to first reach out to our team. We aim to resolve concerns through revisions, strategy alignment, or alternative solutions before considering refunds.
